The agent activity log

See everything agents did in your mailboxes over the last 90 days: reads, organizing, drafts and sends.

On this page

Heron records every action taken by a connected agent. You know exactly what Claude or the CLI read, organized or sent.

Open the log

  • On desktop: Settings → AI agents → View agent activity, or the AI agents entry in the sidebar if you’ve shown it.
  • On mobile: Settings → AI agents → View agent activity.

What you’ll find

Each line shows:

  • the agent (for example “Claude”, “Claude Code” or “Heron CLI — your machine”);
  • what it did, in plain words: Read an email, Searched emails, Drafted a reply, Archived 3 messages, Asked to send an email…;
  • the mailbox and the messages involved (shortened subjects);
  • the result: Done, Denied, Error or Pending.

Actions are grouped by day (Today, Yesterday…). Filter by agent with All agents, and load earlier days with Load more.

The log is kept for 90 days.

What to watch for

  • Denied means the mailbox’s access level didn’t allow the action. That’s expected if you deliberately limited the agent.
  • Activity you didn’t ask for, or an agent you don’t recognize? Disconnect it right away.
  • A recent organizing action can be undone by the agent for 10 minutes; otherwise, find the messages in Heron (Archive, destination folder…).
