Account & privacy
Manage your devices
See the devices signed in to your Heron account and sign out the ones you no longer use.
On this page
You can use Heron on as many devices as you like with the same account. If you switch computers, lose your phone or signed in on a machine that isn’t yours, remove its access.
See your devices
- On a computer: Settings → Heron account → Your devices.
- On iPhone, iPad and Android: Settings → tap your account card at the top → Your Devices.
Each device shows its model (for example “MacBook Air” or “iPhone 17 Pro”), its Heron version and when it was last active. The one in your hand is marked This device.
A row Unknown device · Older version of Heron may appear: it groups devices that haven’t been updated yet. It goes away once they are.
Remove a device
Pick the device and choose Remove (on mobile, tap it). It’s signed out of your Heron account right away, goes back to the sign-in screen and stops receiving notifications. Your mailboxes and settings aren’t touched: you can sign in again on that device later with your password.
To sign out of the device in your hand, use Sign out in Heron account.
Lost or stolen device
- Sign it out from another device.
- Change your Heron password: see Account security.
- If you connected AI agents from that device (for example Claude Code or the
heronCLI), revoke their access: see Revoke access.
Settings specific to each device
Notifications and the mailboxes shown in All Inboxes are set device by device: see Sync across devices.
